Reporting Manager:Deputy Manager-Purchase
Purpose of Position:To handle all the issues and daily activities of the department. To take initiative and close the requirement /Indent related to Packaging Materials/Consumable/General Items generated by user department in time bound manner
Job Responsibility:Responsibilities for development of vendors for printed packaging material.
Responsibilities for purchase of Primary, Secondary, Tertiary Packaging material, Electrical Items and Machines Spare Parts.
Preparation of orders.
Filling work of department.
Follow-up with vendor for materials.
Follow-up with account for vendor payments.
Daily basis bill forwarding to accounts.
Audit of vendors and compliance.
Skills:Good Negotiation Skill, Good technical Knowledge of General Items, Electrical Engineering Items and Printed Packaging Materials
QualificationGraduation (Graduation should be regular)
Experience03 to 8 Years
Experience in Particular IndustryManufacturing Industry (Pharma/ Medical devices/ Automobile)
