| Purpose of Position: | To perform the assigned job responsibility of IT Department as per established company standards. To coordinate with all the respective departments and ensure smooth working of IT department in time bound manner. |
| Job Responsibility: | Monitoring of all issues of the department and ensure all open issues are closed as per department Guidelines and SOP’s Design, Implementation and execution of in house software and external software/modules add on’s of the current ERP as per user requirement and ensuring time bound closure of ERP related issues. Supervision of Server/User data backup/AMC’s /IT audit and any other compliance as per departmental SOP’s/Guidelines/ Practices. Supervision of the team as and when required. Updation of all reports and compliance as per departmental SOP’s/Guidelines/ Practices. To conduct meetings and trainings departmental SOP’s/Guidelines/ Practices. Any other task assigned by reporting manager. The Job responsibilities may be reviewed/ added as per company requirements from time to time. |
